500g cottage cheese
3 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
Half teaspoon salt
300g oats
50g Flax seeds / linseed
50g Pumpkin seeds
50g Sunflower seeds
Chuck it all into a bowl, mix together with a spoon or by hand
Pat into a loaf shaped ball
bake for one hour on gas mark 6 (180 degrees)
