Granulated sugar
Lemons
Sparkling water
Mix equal amounts of sugar and hot water in a pan. Heat until all the sugar has dissolved but do not boil.
Allow the syrup to cool.
Bottle and refrigerate the syrup.
When ready to drink juice a lemon and add sparkling water and syrup to taste.
